Know your real numbers before you quote another jobHourly Rate Calculator
Your take-home goal, your true overhead, and your actual billable hours (hint: it's not 40) — turned into the rate you must charge, with every line of math shown. Then price a whole job with materials markup.
Find my rate →Employee Cost Calculator
A $25/hr hire doesn't cost $25/hr. FICA, FUTA, state unemployment, workers comp by trade, benefits — see the true hourly cost, your burden %, and the rate you must bill them out at to break even.
Get the true cost →Lead Cost Calculator
Thumbtack, Angi, and Google LSA sell cost per lead. Your business runs on cost per booked job. Enter three numbers and see what each customer really costs — and what % of every job the platform keeps.
Run the numbers →Paperwork in 60 seconds
Look professional without a monthly software billEstimate Maker
A clean, professional estimate with line items, deposit terms, scope of work, and a "valid until" date — print it or save as PDF straight from your browser. No signup, no watermark. Win the job, then convert it to an invoice.
Make an estimate →Invoice Generator
Make a clean invoice in about 60 seconds: line items, tax, notes, done. Mark it PAID and it becomes a receipt. Optionally remember your business info on your own device so the next one takes 20. Nothing you type ever leaves your browser.
Make an invoice →Contract Generator
A clear service agreement in plain English: scope, price and payment schedule, change orders, warranty, dates, and signature blocks — built from checkboxes, then print or save as PDF. A template, not legal advice; have a local attorney review it.

Get my link + QR →QR Code Generator
A static QR code made on your own device is just an image — nobody can turn it off, ever. Make codes for your website, phone number, a text message, WiFi, or a contact card, and download print-resolution PNGs. No expiration, no scan limits.
Make a permanent QR →Payment Reminder Generator
Three ready-to-send reminders that escalate the right way: friendly nudge, firm follow-up, professional final notice — SMS and email versions, filled in from a short form. Plus a late-fee calculator so the numbers are right.

Why are these free?
Fair question. We're PHIT Web — we build websites for service businesses, and the way we win customers is unusual: we build your homepage first, free, and you only pay if you love it. Giving away useful tools works the same way. If a free calculator, invoice maker, or CRM saves you an hour or a bad ad spend, some of you will remember us when it's time for a real website. That's the whole business model. No email harvesting, no "free trial," no upsell popups.
